1. Ink transfer by ceramic mesh roller

2. Feeding and receiving are controlled by magnetic powder brake and clutch (or Mitsubishi automatic tension controller)

3. Circumferential alignment of 360 degrees is adopted in each printing unit.

4. Each printing unit has a set of infrared drying devices.

5. Ink rollers can be automatically detached and run at a low speed during shutdown to prevent ink from drying up.

6. The main motor adopts imported frequency conversion and stepless speed regulation.
