Three Lubrication Methods of Hot Melt Adhesive Machine 

Hot melt glue machine is generally used for hot melt spraying, scraping, rolling and other automatic reference equipment, widely used in electronic products, furniture, automotive industry, packaging industry and so on. It is often necessary to check the hot melt glue machine after it has been working for a period of time, whether it needs to change the lubricant, and there are three common lubrication methods.

First, drip oil lubrication is generally used in sliding and rolling bearings, gears, chains, guideways, pumps and compressors. The method is to use oil cups and pipelines to make the lubricating oil drop by drop to the magic rubbing surface, or to drop the lubricating oil into the oil pot on time.

Second, oil ring lubrication. This lubrication method can only be used for horizontal spindle. For example, the oil ring in the sliding bearing of the hot melt glue machine is on the Journal of the roller. When the oil ring rotates along the axis, the oil ring brings oil from the oil pool into the clearance of the bearing to form automatic lubrication.

Third, artificial lubrication. This method is often used in low speed or light load open gear, chain, wire rope, and other parts of hot melt adhesives which do not work very often.
