What should we do to replace another glue after dispensing machine is finished? 

Many customers may need to replace glue when they use dispensing machine to make goods because of different technology. But when different kinds of glue are mixed together, it will cause chemical reaction, which will lead to glue poisoning, resulting in the product can not meet the quality requirements. So when replacing glue, we must do a good job of cleaning. Next, I will introduce some points for attention in cleaning dispenser.

1. Please acknowledge the glue cleaner with the glue supplier.

2. Close the bottom valve of AB barrel.

3. The glue in the rubber valve, high-pressure iron fluoride hose and AB pump can be poured out to investigate the change of glue quantity at the rubber valve outlet and judge the internal glue has been emptied.

4. Close the main power supply of automatic dispensing machine.

5. Remove the rubber hose at the bottom of the barrel, open the valve and discharge the remaining glue from the barrel.

6. Close the bottom valve of the barrel, pour some detergent into the barrel, and thoroughly clean the remaining glue on the barrel wall and bottom.

7. Open the bottom valve of the barrel and discharge the sewage. There is no residue in the barrel.

8. Remove the AB pump and clean up the glue inside the pump (it needs to be operated by practitioners who have disassembled and assembled the pump).

9. Install the clean AB pump back to its original position and connect it with the barrel hose from scratch.

10. Replace the high-pressure ferrofluorine tube.

11. Pour in new glue.

12. Open the equipment and point out the glue for 3-5 minutes. Admit that the glue is normal.

13. Distribution of AB glue ratio from scratch.

According to the above process, the dispensing machine will be clean and clean, and then change the glue to dispensing is usually not a quality problem.
