How to Solve the Problem of Mixed Mixer Failing to Rotate in Coating Machine 

Summary and analysis found that the mixer can not rotate properly due to the following reasons:

1. The 220V power supply of the hybrid motor is not turned on.

2. Hybrid motor lines are damaged or loosened.

3. Stirrer or bearing of glue applicator is stuck.

4. Servo driver menu is not showing PC mode.

Specific solutions:

1. Turn on the 220V power switch of the hybrid motor driver.

2. Check the circuit of the hybrid motor and plug in the front and back end of the power supply of the hybrid motor.

3. Check whether the mixing chamber of the coating machine is clean or not. The bearing of the mixing gun is damaged and needs to be replaced.

4. Turn off the power supply and restart the machine (PC mode is not displayed after restart, check the front and back end of the motor line connection and the end of the control system)
